ORDERING
I take all orders by phone. To assure you that all ordering information is correct before the order is finalized, I email you an invoice detailing the guitar make and model, etc., and the total cost of the order. This way you can actually read everything for yourself before finalizing the order. There is a PayPal button on the invoice, and all you have to do is click it to pay by PayPal or by any major credit card. Either way your purchase is processed through Paypal's ultra-secure server, and I personally have no access to your credit card information.
My clients have been very happy with this method of payment, which protects their confidential information, while at the same time allowing them to double check the order for themselves. PLEASE NOTE that once the credit card or PayPal has been approved the order is completed and cannot be canceled. All sales are final.
Because I take and process all orders personally, and I inspect and play all guitars before shipping, it will generally be about seven business days for shipping, but might be slightly more or less. All shipping is by Fedex Ground, fully insured, and with tracking. All guitars include free shipping.
RETURNS
In order to keep my prices as low as possible I work on a very small margin, and I pass the savings along to you. Consequently I cannot accept a return, and all sales are final.
